Users are expected to provide accurate information, protect account security and avoid using the platform for unlawful purposes. Conduct that misleads, harasses or harms others is not permitted.

Across all user-generated content, including messaging, compliance with law, good faith and platform standards is essential.

We aim to keep listing, advisor and office information accurate and up to date; however, not all content can be guaranteed to be complete in every case. Final transaction decisions should be based on the user's own assessment.

Because some descriptions, photos and location data are provided by related parties, additional verification may be appropriate when necessary.

In case of policy violations, security risks or suspected abuse, certain accounts or actions may be limited temporarily or permanently.
